Overall Responsibilities
80% of the time:
Classifies, stores, retrieves, and updates information. Examines incoming material and codes it numerically, alphabetically, by subject matter, or other specified system. Searches for and investigates information contained in files, adds additional data to file records, keeps files current, and supplies information on request from data files. Files hard copy record of correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other information and/or records in alphabetical or numerical order, or according to subject matter or other system.

Disposes of obsolete files in accordance with established company retention policy. Position also involves picking up and sorting mail, and doing additional errands in company vehicle. In addition, will also operating postage, copy, or fax machines. May generate labels or file set ups. Time will be divided according to a set schedule between the Finance, HR, Sales, and Executive Administration departments.

20% of the time:
Front Office Receptionist relief. Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, maintain executive schedules, fax as requested.


Experience Requirements
Requires a current California Driver's License, and a high school diploma or GED. Previous similar employment and computer experience a plus. Bilingual a plus.

Job Summary
The Customer Service representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

The customer service representative is the primary contact with customers and must convey to the customer the quality standards of our product. The CSR serves as a key educator to our customers.

Job Responsibility & Summary
Will perform a combination of tasks in meat processing facility. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

Remove bones, and cut meat into standard cuts for market.

Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash viscera of slaughtered animals to separate edible portions from offal.

Eviscerate, and trim carcasses of slaughtered animals.

Tend assembly lines, performing a few of the many cuts needed to process a carcass.

Use tools and machinery including, but not limited to, knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.


Qualifications
Routine tasks include, but are not limited to, performing the following:

Ability to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.

Ability to perform physically intensive activities and/or exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects.

Ability to keep hands and arm steady while moving arm or while holding arm and hand in one position.

Knowledge of general work safety practices and personal protective equipment.
