Position Description
Customer Service Representatives, (CSR) is responsible for the primary contact with customers and responsible for maintaining profitable relationship with customers, handling calls and processing sales orders. Attends to customer concerns and facilitates satisfactory resolution of customer and sales related issues.

Requires previous CSR/Sales experience, excellent written and oral communications skills, strong computer skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
College education/degree preferred, but we will consider training the right candidate.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Position Description
Harris Ranch Beef Company has newer equipment and offers one of the best driving opportunities in the Central Valley. Our drivers are expected to operate trucks/trailers in a safe and law abiding manner while delivering beef product throughout California. Drivers provide strong customer service with professional driving and delivery habits. Drivers unload product at customer locations. Drivers are responsible for correct processing of paperwork and payments. Drivers dispatch between midnight and 8:00 a.m. Some layovers are possible during the week.

Experienced drivers are preferred but we will consider training the right candidates.

Employees are eligible for paid holiday and health benefits after 90 days.
Vacation, sick pay, and additional health/welfare benefits are available after one year.
Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.

Position Description
Maintenance mechanics are responsible for the general service and repair of the facility production equipment, such as, conveyors, motors, and machinery, as well as preventative maintenance tasks.

Previous production maintenance experience is preferred.
Industrial electrical or refrigeration skills are a plus.
Positions are available for all shifts.

Position Description
Quality Control Technicians, (QA Tech’s) are responsible for ensuring that our products meet the high quality and strict specification that our company and customers demand. QA Tech’s monitors associates for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and government inspection standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining records of HACCP checks, and completing required documentation.

High School Diploma or GED is required. Some college preferred.
Strong math skills are required.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Computer skills are a plus.
