Position Description
This position reports to the Director of Maintenance with no subordinates.

Daily interface with the Engineers and Supervisors to assist in the development, monitoring and distribution of the PM system

Consult with Work Order requestors, Supervisors, Managers when necessary to facilitate the completion of the work order based on priority and work loading.

Maintain a status report of the Work Orders that are open and incomplete

Assist in material acquisitions for Work Order related projects to insure materials
are available for completion in a timely manner.

Assemble updates and modifications for content and RE times in conjunction with
the supervisors for existing PM procedures

Consult with Supervisors, Mechanics and Vendors/Manufacturers to assemble
individual PM procedures

Provide daily PM issue documents for each shift prior to shift start time input, track and manage the completed PM, Work Order and Supervisor reports on a daily basis to be utilized for labor management tracking

Develop historical trending of completed PM documents to facilitate recurring documentation and Predictive Maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities will include:
Train, manage, and motivate foodservice brokers and distributor Sales Representatives

Develop performance standards and expectations for each broker and distributor.

Visit markets to work with brokers and distributor sales representatives and call on current and potential distributor customers.

Introduce new products to current and potential customers.

Identify and make presentations to accounts within territory.

Attend major local food shows within territory.

This position is accountable to meet and exceed all sales and profit objectives for the Foodservice Region for which they are assigned. This includes the development of short and long-range plans and programs.

This position spearheads growth initiatives, including but not limited to: managing brokers, existing customers and obtaining new customers.

Primary duties will include:
Maintain existing customers and maximize profitable sales; make sales presentations to all customers on an as-needed basis.

Develop new business and identify prospective customers.

Research customer business needs and develop mix of products and service to meet needs; evaluate market trends and make recommendations.

Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses; provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.

Participate in Region activities (e.g., sales meetings, food shows, promotion programs) in order to increase sales and product knowledge, and maintain good customer relations.

Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.

Perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports, maintaining sales records, and managing credits with account managers.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required

Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience required; commissioned foodservice or related industry sales preferred

Must be willing to work weekends, and be able to lift 40-50 pounds as needed.

Possess broad knowledge of the foodservice industry and foodservice products.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities.

Demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills.

Must have computer skills; will need to be familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong time management skills

Fundamental understanding and experience within the Foodservice channel

Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing techniques

Job Responsibility & Summary
Will perform a combination of tasks in meat processing facility. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

Remove bones, and cut meat into standard cuts for market.

Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash viscera of slaughtered animals to separate edible portions from offal.

Eviscerate, and trim carcasses of slaughtered animals.

Tend assembly lines, performing a few of the many cuts needed to process a carcass.

Use tools and machinery including, but not limited to, knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.


Qualifications
Routine tasks include, but are not limited to, performing the following:

Ability to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.

Ability to perform physically intensive activities and/or exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects.

The successful candidate will actively participate in training, development, overall operations and financial cost controls. Manager will assist in days off relief, while performing normally assigned tasks of a Department Manager.
