Position Description
Searching for a passionate, highly motivated candidate to join their production team in the capacity of Processed Products Supervisor. The individual will supervise the production of an extensive portfolio of high quality, branded processed meat and poultry products. The Supervisor will interface with QA, R&D, maintenance and sanitation to effectively supervise a department that consistently achieves expected product performance and production standards. The Supervisor will contribute to the maintenance of respective HACCP/SSOP/BRC programs.


Technical Skills and Qualifications
Experience in processed meats production with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role would be helpful but not required.

You will be required to work in refrigerated areas.

Position Description
Responsible for all plant maintenance including facilities, utilities and operations to reduce downtime and assure peak plant efficiencies.


Essential Functions
Prepare and operate within established maintenance operating budget and monitor departmental expenditures.

Requirements
Minimum five years management experience in food plant maintenance.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related degree or 10 years experience with advanced work in electrical and hydraulics preferred

Excellent administrative and follow up skills to achieve successful maintenance and repair programs.

Must have refrigeration system knowledge.

Must be computer literate; experienced in using computer software applications and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with superb time management and project scheduling skills.

Position Description
Harris Ranch Beef Company in Fresno County, California seeks a self-motivated individual with attention to detail to develop and maintain the company’s quality assurance plan for Food Safety, HACCP, SSOP and SOP. The candidate must be knowledgeable of USDA/FSIS Regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices and BRC requirements. Candidate will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of process improvements and technical developments.


Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Animal Science, Food Science, Microbiology or other related field preferred. At least 2 years of management experience in Quality Assurance and HACCP/ Food Safety in a Beef/Meat Processing Plant Environment required. Job Responsibility & Summary
Will perform a combination of tasks in meat processing facility. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

Remove bones, and cut meat into standard cuts for market.

Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash viscera of slaughtered animals to separate edible portions from offal.

Eviscerate, and trim carcasses of slaughtered animals.

Tend assembly lines, performing a few of the many cuts needed to process a carcass.

Use tools and machinery including, but not limited to, knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.


Qualifications
Routine tasks include, but are not limited to, performing the following:

Ability to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.

Ability to perform physically intensive activities and/or exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects.

Ability to keep hands and arm steady while moving arm or while holding arm and hand in one position.

Knowledge of general work safety practices and personal protective equipment.

Position Description
As an independently owned and operated facility with 36 million in gross revenue and 13 million in food and beverage sales, Harris Ranch Inn & Restaurant is seeking a Hospitality Division General Manager. Harris Ranch restaurant is currently in the top 10 restaurants per volume in California, and in the top 100 in the country. The Harris Ranch Hospitality Division has over 35 Department and Assistant Managers, and over 400 employees. The General Manager will provide financial and general oversight to all revenue centers contained within the Harris Ranch Hospitality Division as well as providing direction and oversight for budget, labor, forecasting and profitability. The General Manager is to maintain and uphold Harris Ranch branded products. Particular attention is given to fuel cost/margins, room sales, ADR, occupancy rate, and meat pricing/margins in order to remain competitive and to achieve desired revenue goals and expectations. Revenue centers include: gas station, convenience store, Subway, and three dining venues. The high volume dining venues represent over 200 employees between the coffee shop (Ranch Kitchen), upscale fine dining steakhouse (Jockey Club), distinctive bar & restaurant (Horseshoe Lounge), and spacious banquet facility with accompanying conference rooms. The expansive Culinary Department represents over 100 employees comprised of a Purchasing and Receiving Department, a high volume in-house bakery, as well as a meat fabrication room. Actively apply the skills of a plumbing technician in the functions of; Measuring, cutting, threading, or bending pipe to required angle, using hand of power tools such as pipe cutters, pipe threading machines or pipe bending machines.

Study building plans as applicable; establish sequence of pipe installations, and to plan
installations around obstructions.

Fill pipes with water or air to pressure test for location of leaks. Assemble pipe sections, tubes, fittings couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, caulking, and soldering, brazing or welding equipment.

Review blue prints, building codes or specs to determine work details or scope. Install
underground storm, sanitary or water piping systems to connect fixtures and plumbing.
