Position Description
Searching for a passionate, highly motivated candidate to join their production team in the capacity of Processed Products Supervisor. The individual will supervise the production of an extensive portfolio of high quality, branded processed meat and poultry products. The Supervisor will interface with QA, R&D, maintenance and sanitation to effectively supervise a department that consistently achieves expected product performance and production standards. The Supervisor will contribute to the maintenance of respective HACCP/SSOP/BRC programs.


Technical Skills and Qualifications
Experience in processed meats production with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role would be helpful but not required.

You will be required to work in refrigerated areas.

Job Responsibility & Summary
Will perform a combination of tasks in meat processing facility. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

Remove bones, and cut meat into standard cuts for market.

Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash viscera of slaughtered animals to separate edible portions from offal.

Eviscerate, and trim carcasses of slaughtered animals.

Tend assembly lines, performing a few of the many cuts needed to process a carcass.

Use tools and machinery including, but not limited to, knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.


Qualifications
Routine tasks include, but are not limited to, performing the following:

Ability to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.

Steakhouse Manager needs to possess extensive wine and spirit knowledge

Hospitality Degree or coursework from reputable institution

3-5 years previous Food and Beverage management experience; specifically in upscale or high volume dining.

Position Description
To actively supervise, direct, train, motivate, develop, motivate and hold accountable to our operating standards & policies all Maintenance Employees. Essential Duties
Prepare and operate within established maintenance operating budget and monitor departmental expenditures.

Directs all aspects of building operations including maintenance and repairs.

Responsible for vendor selection, budget management, and project management responsibilities for major projects and improvements involving managing capital improvements, repair, operating and labor expenses within budgetary parameters.

Manages work assignments in staffing, scheduling, coordinating, and planning of team members engaged in all maintenance activities.

Knowledge of “ground up” construction to ensure compliance with all operational permits. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, etc. Evaluates and implements innovative, cost effective, operating processes, and energy consumption system / controls with goal of improving efficiency / effectiveness of the operation and business systems.

Serve as a lead in all remodeling and capital projects to ensure that the operational requirements are aligned with the project, to keep operating costs within budget.

Provide support, guidance and direction to the property in all existing or capital improvements.

Provides technical expertise and leadership for the timely resolution of system or mechanical problems. Able to develop and initiate an effective preventative maintenance (PM) program for all aspects of the property.

Leads department efforts in providing technical training and guidance to team members.

Represents the company's position and best interests in dealing with outside contractors, vendors.

Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements
Minimum 10 plus years of Facility Maintenance or Construction management experience in high volume 4-star resort or casino. Exposure to repairs and maintenance of Kitchen equipment in high volume restaurant environment.

Excellent administrative and follow up skills to achieve successful maintenance and repair programs.

Must be computer literate; experienced in using computer software applications and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with superior time and project management skills.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
General knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance systems, sanitation practices, waste water, water treatment regulatory standards, energy systems and design.

Knowledge or exposure in Federal and California ADA regulations.

Position Description
As an independently owned and operated facility with 36 million in gross revenue and 13 million in food and beverage sales, Harris Ranch Inn & Restaurant is seeking a Hospitality Division General Manager. Harris Ranch restaurant is currently in the top 10 restaurants per volume in California, and in the top 100 in the country. The Harris Ranch Hospitality Division has over 35 Department and Assistant Managers, and over 400 employees. The General Manager will provide financial and general oversight to all revenue centers contained within the Harris Ranch Hospitality Division as well as providing direction and oversight for budget, labor, forecasting and profitability. The General Manager is to maintain and uphold Harris Ranch branded products. Particular attention is given to fuel cost/margins, room sales, ADR, occupancy rate, and meat pricing/margins in order to remain competitive and to achieve desired revenue goals and expectations. Revenue centers include: gas station, convenience store, Subway, and three dining venues. The high volume dining venues represent over 200 employees between the coffee shop (Ranch Kitchen), upscale fine dining steakhouse (Jockey Club), distinctive bar & restaurant (Horseshoe Lounge), and spacious banquet facility with accompanying conference rooms. The expansive Culinary Department represents over 100 employees comprised of a Purchasing and Receiving Department, a high volume in-house bakery, as well as a meat fabrication room. Position Summary/Description
Exercise Riders must have experience working with and starting young horses.

Knowledge of general handling of horses is required.

Must be a team player, exhibiting leadership and time management.


Duties and Responsibilities
Riding, lunging, driving and other ground work.

Rider will be asked to work with up to twelve horses daily. The present daily average is ten horses.

This is not a training position unless specified at hiring.

Rider must be motivated, reliable, have strong work ethics and have the ability to be a team player.

Body weight of no more than 160 lbs. preferred.

Salary and Housing Allowance consistent with skill level.
