And now, the same corn-fed beef that generations of travelers have enjoyed at the Harris Ranch Restaurant in California is available nationwide for foodservice operators seeking a superior center-of-the-plate offering. We offer two unique, all-natural beef programs for foodservice including our white tablecloth USDA Certified Natural Black Angus Beef as well as Harris Ranch All-Natural Certified Premium Beef — a non-breed specific program. Both programs are corn-fed, minimally processed and contain no artificial ingredients. All cattle feed is tested to ensure it is free of pesticide residues, and cattle and beef are randomly sampled to ensure neither contains antibiotic residues. Plus, our beef is hand selected to ensure our customers are provided a product they can be proud to feature on their menu.
