Spicy Steak Rub
Ingredients

tbsp.
paprika

tbsp.
granulated garlic

tbsp.
kosher salt

tbsp.
ground black pepper
1
tsp.
cayenne pepper
1
tsp.
ground coriander
1
tsp.
celery seed
crushed
1/2
tsp.
onion powder
Instructions
Combine all and mix well. Rub on steak or pork 30 minutes before grilling. Yields 1/2 cup.
Notes
Works well as a rub for steak and pork.
