Spicy Steak Rub

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. celery seed crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Instructions

  • Combine all and mix well. Rub on steak or pork 30 minutes before grilling. Yields 1/2 cup.

Notes

Works well as a rub for steak and pork.
