Spicy Steak Rub
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. celery seed crushed
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Instructions

Combine all and mix well. Rub on steak or pork 30 minutes before grilling. Yields 1/2 cup.
