Steak On A Stick Sauce


  • 1 cup Sambal or other spicy chili sauce
  • 1/2 gallon soy sauce
  • 2 bunches green onions white part included, sliced fine
  • 2 lbs. white sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds


  • Combine all except sesame seeds and mix well with beurre mixer or put in blender. Add sesame seeds. Mix. Cover, label and store. Yields 3 gallons.


Sauce can be used with chicken, beef or even as a sauce for grilled ahi tuna steaks.
