Steak On A Stick Sauce
- 1 cup Sambal or other spicy chili sauce
- 1/2 gallon soy sauce
- 2 bunches green onions white part included, sliced fine
- 2 lbs. white sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped fine
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Combine all except sesame seeds and mix well with beurre mixer or put in blender. Add sesame seeds. Mix. Cover, label and store. Yields 3 gallons.
Sauce can be used with chicken, beef or even as a sauce for grilled ahi tuna steaks.
